Every handmade order deserves a little care before it reaches you. Here is how delivery availability, preparation, shipping charges and delivery support work at The Pure Handmade.

Delivery availability
The Pure Handmade is based in Pakistan. Delivery options depend on the product, destination and the courier services available for your address. Please enter a complete delivery address at checkout and review the options shown for your order.
For delivery outside Pakistan, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your address can be served and discuss a suitable delivery arrangement, shipping quote and estimated timing.
Preparation and dispatch
Preparation time is separate from the courier’s transit time. Ready-made items require order verification and packing; made-to-order, personalised and bulk pieces also require time to crochet and finish.
Preparation estimates for custom orders are discussed with you as part of the quote. For a ready-made item or a time-sensitive gift, please contact us for the current preparation estimate before placing your order. A delivery deadline is only confirmed if it has been expressly agreed with you.
Shipping charges
Review the shipping charge and order total displayed at checkout before placing an order. Charges can depend on the selected method, destination and the items ordered. Any special arrangement for a custom, bulk or international order needs a specific quote.
If an address needs a different delivery arrangement, we will discuss availability and any revised charge with you before that arrangement is confirmed. Contact us if a checkout option or charge looks unclear.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates depend on the destination and the service used. Ask us for the current estimate if the timing is important to your purchase. An estimated dispatch date and an estimated arrival date are different: the first concerns preparation, and the second includes the courier’s journey.
Courier disruption, public holidays, weather, remote-area service and customs checks can affect arrival. We do not promise a fixed arrival date unless it has been specifically confirmed. If you are concerned about a delay, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Order updates and tracking
Keep the email address and phone number supplied with your order accurate so we can contact you about verification, dispatch or a delivery issue. Where the selected courier provides tracking, the available tracking details can be shared with you after dispatch.
If you have not received an expected update, please check your email folders and then contact us. Do not publish your full delivery address or phone number in a public comment.
Cash on delivery and local pickup
Cash on delivery is available where it is offered for your order at checkout. Make sure the recipient is available and able to pay the amount due to the courier.
If local pickup is offered at checkout, contact us to arrange the collection location and time before travelling. A pickup option does not mean that an unarranged walk-in collection is available.
Incorrect addresses and missed delivery
Check the recipient’s name, address, postal code and phone number carefully. Tell us about an error as soon as you notice it. We will try to help, but an address change may not be possible after a parcel has been handed to the courier.
If delivery is missed, refused or returned by the courier, contact us to discuss the next step. Any proposed redelivery arrangement and additional charge will be explained before it is agreed.
International enquiries and customs
An international delivery needs confirmation of service availability and an order-specific quote. Destination rules, import restrictions, duties and taxes may affect an order. Ask about these before confirming an international purchase.
Unless a quote expressly includes destination import charges, those charges may need to be paid by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier. We cannot promise a customs clearance time.
Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries
If a parcel appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label can help us investigate. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
We will review the order and, where appropriate, follow up with the courier to discuss a suitable resolution. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the request process. Nothing in this policy removes rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.
