Using this website
The Pure Handmade provides crochet products, custom-order enquiries and editorial content through thepurehandmade.com. Customers should have the legal capacity to place an order or act with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised account access, submit abusive material or use contact forms for spam.
Product information and handmade differences
Read the product description, available options, dimensions and care information before ordering. Handmade crochet can have small variations in stitches, finishing and measurements. Product photographs aim to show the piece clearly, but lighting and screen settings can affect perceived colour.
If a particular size, shade, material or design detail is essential, contact us before purchase. A handmade variation does not excuse supplying a faulty item or a product that materially differs from its description or the agreed order.
Prices, availability and payment
Our shop uses Pakistani rupees (PKR), unless a different currency is expressly displayed. Review the product price, any applicable delivery charge and the total before placing an order. A custom or bulk enquiry needs a specific quote.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is offered where available for the order. Do not send payment credentials through ordinary enquiry forms.
If an availability issue or material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the position and discuss an appropriate next step. A material change to the item, price or delivery arrangement needs to be agreed with you.
Order details and confirmation
Provide a correct name, delivery address, email address and phone number. Check the product options and order details carefully before submission. A receipt or order acknowledgement confirms that the request has been received; a dispatch update concerns the parcel leaving us.
We may need to contact you to verify an order, confirm a delivery arrangement or clarify a custom requirement. If you need an item by a particular date, ask about preparation and delivery estimates before ordering.
Custom and bulk crochet orders
For custom work, the design, colours, spelling, quantity, measurements, price and expected timing should be agreed before the order is confirmed. Reference images help explain an idea, but the final agreed specification is important.
Changes may affect the quote or completion estimate and may not be possible once work has started. Please read the custom-order and cancellation sections of our Returns & Refunds Policy and use our Bulk & Custom Orders enquiry to discuss a project.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy explains preparation, delivery availability, charges, tracking and delivery problems. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to request help with an incorrect, damaged or unwanted item, and how cancellations and refunds are reviewed.
Product-specific details agreed before purchase and mandatory consumer rights also apply. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accounts and personal information
Keep your account details accurate and your login credentials private. Contact us if you think your account has been accessed without permission. Do not share passwords or one-time login codes through a support message.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information the website may collect, cookies, service providers and privacy requests. Optional marketing choices are separate from the messages needed to manage an order or answer an enquiry.
Journal content and intellectual property
Our journal shares crochet inspiration, ideas and general guidance. Results can vary with yarn, hook size, technique and the pattern used. Follow appropriate care and safety precautions when using tools and materials.
Respect the rights in our original text and photographs and in material belonging to others. Do not republish whole articles or product images without permission unless a lawful exception applies. Learning from a tutorial does not grant rights to third-party designs, logos or other protected material mentioned in it.
Links, third-party services and advertising
Links to other websites are provided for reference or convenience. Their content, availability and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. Review their terms before sharing information or using their services.
If advertising is displayed, an advertisement is supplied by the relevant advertiser or network. It should not be treated as a promise by The Pure Handmade about an unrelated business or product. Advertising and cookie information is included in our Privacy Policy.
Updates and contact
We may update website information and these terms as the store develops. The update date is shown at the top of this page. A later website update does not by itself replace the specific arrangements already agreed for an existing order.
